Once you have placed an order, the information goes directly to the shipping department that takes 2-3 business days to process it.
Then, the shipping department will send the tracking codes to the data entry to update the tracking codes and send a shipping confirmation email to the customer.
Therefore, if you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service within 12 hours of placing the order and then we can take care of it.
Please make sure that all the information you have provided is correct before sending your order to avoid losses by mail or other mishaps.
NOTE: To all customers who provided a different shipping address to your permanent address, we will not be responsible for lost or undelivered packages and / or if you moved out of the address you provided.
Nor are we responsible if mail tries to deliver a package to your address and you are not.
